Our eggs
The Cakery on First only uses eggs that are certified humane and certified organic. At times we use eggs from the happy chickens that roam just outside our door. We are required by the Panhandle Health Department to let you know that our farm-fresh eggs are ungraded. We are not required to inform you that they are a beautiful blue and make for the most delicious baked goods.
