ABOUT OUR INGREDIENTS

We know we’re not selling health food here but we try to do good where we can. All of our items are made with organic all purpose flour and our cake flour is unbleached and unbromated. Our eggs are always organic, free-range, and certified humane and the fruits, vegetables, and nuts we use are always organic too. For a full list of organic ingredients visit the market menu page.
